  This is our go to steakhouse when we are in Lubbock. The staff were nice and welcoming and our waiter was really great and attentive. The food was delicious. No complaints.

  Went on Mother’s Day great food and service. Ask for Christian, for great service, very attentive and kept some humor going throughout our stay. Roger the manager came by to check on us too. We will be back!

  Best steak I've had in Lubbock. Had some fried and battered mushrooms some homemade bread they were prepared just right. Steak and baked potato. A little pricey but well worth it if you ask me. I think I have a new favorite 🥩 place that I know I'll keep going to. Excellent service great food,give it a go you just might be surprised.

  We used to go to Saltgrass in the DFW area, and loved it. We have tried this one here in Lubbock a few times and it has been disappointing. Food has been hit or miss. But the one thing that ruined my experience was our waiter. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he was new, I'm not sure, but he wasn't helpful to say the least. When I ordered something and tried to make a substitution, he just said no. No explanation, no alternative. Just no. I was so disappointed because I just wanted french fries, and would have paid extra for them. I thought maybe he was joking, but I never got french fries. I really wanted to like this Saltgrass like the ones back home, but I doubt I'll be coming back to this one.

  Went here with a work group of 11. Our waiter was awesome! The food was fabulous! The atmosphere was great! Drinks were really good. I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of our waiter but he kept saying "you betcha" it was unique and memorable :) He checked on us enough without being annoying. Food and drinks came out in the perfect time. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their food. Highly recommend for bigger groups, especially with out of town guests, but it's also a great option for families.
