Had a great experience here and will be back! Landry was a cool bartender and was always attentive even with a full bar. Steak was a perfect medium rare and Julio (the manager) even swung by to check in and make sure everything came out to perfection. Good vibes and even better service.

We had a reservation for 12 at 630 pm. We were seated promptly and in all honest it was the best table service I've had in years! The food was great and Breleigh our waitress was Fabulous! She interacted with us, got our orders correct, our tickets were correct and she took great care of us. Thank you for a great dinner!

Went to Saltgrass in Lubbock for date night and it was delicious as always. Different location than I usually go. Neil, the manager, stopped by and was very sweet and accommodating. Brittany was our server and she was amazing! She constantly kept our drinks full and everything timely and friendly!

Brisket burger was well coked 2X, Hill Country salad was not bad, average. Restaurant was not busy, perhaps 20% occupied, not offered a booth, there must be a secret code to get one. The staff were not mean, just trying to get by. Plenty of tripping opportunities as the several transitions from wood to carpet have raised strips. Tables with wooden chair legs don't slide easy on carpet. All this is okay for those without walking issues but the food, really ?

This was my first time ever trying Saltgrass Steak House, and unfortunately, my experience started off badly and never got better.
Our waitress was bringing our waters to the table when she accidentally spilled all of them on me. I was completely soaked—shirt and pants. I could tell she was embarrassed, and I told her not to worry because accidents happen. The manager came over, apologized, and said he would make it right.
We placed our drink and dinner orders, but when the food arrived, my bone-in ribeye never made it to the table, and my daughter never received the broccoli she ordered with her meal. After the rough start, this only added to the frustration.
We ate what we had and spent some time talking. When I asked for the bill, I honestly expected the manager to have removed my meal or offered some type of compensation, considering I was drenched in water and our order was incomplete. Instead, we were charged full price.
I came here to enjoy a nice dinner with my family, but instead I left soaked, with an incorrect order, and paying the full bill. WOW is all I can say.
I hope someone from Saltgrass reaches out and tries to make this right. I'll be waiting for a response.
