We were there for my daughter’s birthday. Claire was very nice but service was still slow. Especially at the end of our meal.
First off when we sat at the table there were dirty napkins and ramekins and food under our table. My husband ordered prime rib and was told they were out. She said the kitchen didn’t make any today. Really?? On the Saturday of college move in?? So he settled for the redfish. The rest of us ordered our meals. I will say the appetizers were very good. We did order the brisket queso and it came out with no brisket. Server did bring some out for us. I ordered the bone in ribeye with Oscar topping. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was a little tough but was still good. The Oscar topping came out and it was just the dried asparagus and dried shredded crab. No lemon butter. I asked for the lemon butter and they brought out melted butter. It was not good. My son in law and husband got the redfish. There’s did come with the neon butter but it was not good. Something was off. And you could tell the fish was sitting under the heat lamp probably waiting for my bone in ribeye to finish up. My daughter got the oats ribeye with the urban topping. That wasn’t good either. The sauce was not good. And the grilled shrimp on both redfish plates and the urban topping were rubbery and not eaten. Very very disappointing. A manager never stopped by either to do a table check. In fact I didn’t even see a manager. We normally love going to Saltgrass but this past visit left a bad taste in our mouths. Literally. I tried to email them to express my concerns because we spent $400 in there. And no one has even bothered to contact me back. So don’t waste your time here. Management is obviously not doing their job. Very disappointing.
AGAIN I have already tried contacting the Landry’s corporate office with no response. So please do not respond to this review asking me to email them because I’ve already done that. 9 days ago and no response. So to me that says you guys don’t care. So I will never go to any Landry’s restaurant again and I will inform everyone I know not to waste their money. I would much rather go to a nicer restaurant, spend a little more money and have them actually care about their guests.

It was a blessed event to see this saltgrass! We had a great waitress, and the food was phenomenal!

We had such a disappointing experience here! Thought we were treating our family to a nice dinner out at a nice place. Would have been better off across town at the bargain steakhouse. Our server was rude and disrespectful, didn’t even bring our food out all together. The food itself was subpar to say the least! We left hungry because some of our dinner wasn’t even fit to eat. And at such a high price? Absolutely not!! Never saw a manager to address our concerns. Definitely don’t recommend, there are so many other places in town with decent prices and great service and way better food!

I don't know what happened last night of course I always get my steak well done. Well its was burnt no flavor and tough the filet has never been tough or without flavor. Husband asked for his med well with some pink. It was burnt as much as mine was. Everything about last night's visit wasn't saltgrass experience at all.

Strawberry lemonade was amazing. Ordered T bone steak medium with Romano potatoes. Steak was basic as far as seasoning goes. Surprisingly it was cooked to proper temperature, not one level above like most places.
Nothing impressive, but it filled the ticket for edible food. Romano potatoes were hard to find. They were buried in multiple cheeses and topped with onion. Base of potato layer was actually cold which struck me as odd since the mini dish was hot.
Will likely not return.
