They didn’t end up doing that so I went back up to the line. They then served all the people that were in front of me (that came in after me) and ran out of Steak this time. So they tell me sorry I’ll have to wait longer for Steak. No big deal. I wait in line this time. They serve like 5 people that were behind me. They get the Steak but now they run out of black beans. The worker named Gee or G (not sure if that’s even correct as they were reluctant to give their name or their corporate number) put like 10 black beans into my bowl and starts sending it down the line. I’m like “yo are yall going to skimp me after I’ve waited like 20 minutes for my food”. And she starts getting an attitude with me, saying “they are coming up with more soon”. At this point I’m done with this whole situation. I ask for a refund. Then she starts getting really mouthy and rude, basically saying that I’m lying about the experience of me having to wait due to them constantly running out of food items because they are serving people behind me and causing new food items to run out in front of other customers. I tell her she’s being really unprofessional and she shrugs. So I guess that’s how this store is managed. Won’t be returning

The delivery time was fine. The delivery driver was nice. However. My order was mostly wrong. I did not receive my brisket quesadilla and for my friend’s order of the mini bowl. She did not receive her sides of guac , sour cream, and hot sauce. I was only refunded for the quesadilla (the others were sides so whatever) that I had to sit back and forth on the phone with 3 different people for. I paid with Apple Pay. Apparently I have to explain that Apple Cash is a separate thing in itself so my regular cards were not used but I did provide the Apple Card provided by apply cash. (Hopefully that refund worked since the numbers on the back will change. Whatever I don’t have time to explain Apple Cash.) also the queso sucked. The guy on the phone was apologetic. The two ladies? Meh.
