  The Chicago dogs were really good, definitely not the best but they did a good job. Kind staff, restroom is clean.

  Not too bad of a place went there after a track meet I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich which was pretty spicy my son had a cheeseburger and my father-in-law had a Italian sandwich with a hot dog all the food was pretty good recommended

  Honestly I was a little disappointed. I was at a portillo's in Tampa, Florida before and I thought it was a great experience and the food was pretty good. This location doesn't seem as good where it counts, in the food especially. The building is really nice and inside it looks great, I just don't think the food quality matches what you would expect from a place that looks like this place does. I did think the food was okay, but it definitely wasn't stand out and it's not good enough to have me want to come back regularly or anything.

  When they said they have cheese fries…I thought I was gonna be fries loaded with melted cheese ontop….no. You get a side of fries and a small cup of nacho cheese. Not what i expected (or wanted) at all. The sandwich was okay, nothing crazy. And not to mention, when they call out orders, they don’t have a microphone, so they just yell and hope you hear your number being called. It’s hard to hear though because there are so many people.

  1st greeted with Isaac who took our order. He repeated our order back to make sure everything was correct. Food came out quickly, hot & it was delicious. I got the croissant beef & cheese with a side of au jus was so good! My husband got the chili cheese dog & loved it. He got a chocolate cake shake & says it was amazing. I also got the lemon cake that is made in store daily it was delicious moist & not too sweet. There was a nice young man Elijah working the dining room & he made sure to check on us & was very nice.
