  Absolutely horrible customer service from Pizza Hut and especially the manager, Charles. My daughter placed a delivery order and waited at home for it to arrive. After a considerable amount of time passed with no delivery, she called the store to find out what was going on. Charles claimed the driver attempted the delivery and called, but no one answered. That simply wasn’t true. My daughter had been sitting in the living room the entire time waiting for her food. There was no knock on the door and no phone call received. Charles then informed us that the order had been returned, canceled, and that it would take 48–72 hours for the refund to be processed. We asked for a simple solution remake the order and deliver it since we never received it. Instead, Charles refused. No apology, no effort to make it right, and absolutely no concern for the customer. It gets worse. When we contacted corporate, we were told they could see that the order had not been canceled on their end and that no refund had even been initiated, directly contradicting what Charles told us. That raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information we were given and the way this situation was handled. To top it all off, when we asked Charles for the corporate customer service number, he hung up on us. Hanging up on a paying customer instead of addressing the issue is about as unprofessional as it gets. A manager is supposed to lead by example, resolve problems, and provide solutions not create more frustration. We paid for our food, paid the delivery fees, and were left with no food, no resolution, conflicting information, and a manager who couldn’t be bothered to do his job. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Pizza Hut has lost our business. If this is the standard of customer service being provided, customers deserve to know before they spend their hard-earned money. I hope this location is held accountable because no customer should be treated with this level of disrespect and disregard.

  The manager Charles is worthless and useless. How you a manger and don’t do your job. I waited on my order for damn near 2 hrs no update no call no delivery. When I called this so called manager going to tell me the order already been cancelled there ain’t nothing I can do like that’s sorry.

  I sat here waiting for my order in store and I was disgusted with what I saw. The guy cutting the pizza kept digging his underwear out of his butt. Not once did he think to wash his hands. He also kept wiping the sweat from his forehead and still no washing of the hands.
