  Manager and staff are very nice and helpful. Food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is good. Dinning in is great just wishing the tables are not sticky (because the kind of wood) staff is cleaning well. Thanks

  I strongly advise against eating at this location due to severe food safety hazards and poor management practices. During my visit, a maintenance technician was actively dismantling the mechanical side panels on the top tier of the pizza oven. The critical issue was that the staff continued to cook pizzas on the lower conveyor belts directly beneath and adjacent to this exposed maintenance work. The technician was wearing dirty work gloves and unscrewing hardware right next to moving food, creating a massive physical and chemical cross-contamination risk (falling dirt, loose hardware, metal shavings, etc.). When I pointed out this obvious health hazard and requested a refund because I did not feel safe eating the food, the staff refused to issue one. Additionally, be highly skeptical of the reviews for this location. They have a sign displayed directly at the register explicitly offering customers a free order of breadsticks in exchange for a 5-star Google review. This explains why their rating might be artificially high and violates Google’s policies against fake engagement (and to my understanding the FTC but who’s counting). Between the blatant disregard for basic food safety protocols and the refusal to issue a refund for compromised food, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

  Sent some in to pick up my order and an older Spanish fellow was extremely rude to him. Really upsetting said I had to confirm my order which was not true. I appreciate them not giving my food to someone random but there are ways to be more professional about doing so. Not Rude!!

  Pizza Hut on 9830 Slide Rd in Lubbock TX has delicious food here the staff & the employees are awesome & they have great customer service here I give it a 10 great place to eat 😎

  Great customer service From Managers AND they have GOOD RGM GANILLA and the delicious taco pizza and sandwiches in Lubbock
