  As you enter this Pizza Hut you encounter a friendly atmosphere like no other fast food pizza place with calming lighting and friendly and welcoming staff and each time I order from this Pizza Hut they never fail to impress they will always make my order in a precise and orderly manner the extremely few time that my order was made wrong they are extremely polite and will offer a plethora of ways to make up the mistake I truly believe this is the greatest Pizza Hut in Lubbock Texas

  I waited 20 min inside the store just to get the meat and crispy pepperoni thrown in the cardboard and under the pizza. Which is weird that the meat and pepperoni didnt have any tomato sauce or chesse with it, was the steak and crispy pepperoni thrown in the cardboard then added a regular peperroni pizza on top of it? I don't like that.

  Ordered delivery last week, took OVER 2 hours to arrive. Gave delivery a try again last night, half of my order was missing. The food that did arrive was stale, cold, old.
