  Heyo! Generally, I always have a good experience here! The pizza, when made correctly, is always delicious! The "floor staff", if you will, are always cordial and make a pizza well! However, I've had two strange experiences worth mentioning: 1) I always order the exact same thing, a pepperoni pizza with both kinds of pepperoni and some ricotta. Of the last 7 times Ive been here, 5 times I get home or to the table and it has honey on it. I know it looks like the Mikes Hot Honey but I have to keep returning it or specify NOT to and then I look strange XD. But they always remake it, although it doesnt look as good as the first lol 2) The manager stresses myself, and from watching, his employees out. When ordering, if someone makes a mistake or is doing good customer service (like my 73yo mother ordering a kids meal because she cant eat normal sized food) he'll reprimand them unnecessarily. They seem so tense when he comes out of the kitchen. Its just stange vibes!

  4/28/2026 6:00 pm Food was good. It normally is. Customer service is also normally fine but today, was terrible. The staff was ironically complaining about a bad review they had received for their bad customer service while SIMULTANEOUSLY giving bad customer service and complaining about all the customers they were getting right in front of me. One staff member interrupted my girlfriend to tell her that she had to tell someone else what she wanted on her pizza. Then when I was trying to ask for additional toppings on my order the employee I was talking to just ignored me and put my pizza in the oven and walked away. I even tried to get his attention afterward and he just left. Then on top of all that it was like $40. Also the bathrooms were dirty, trash can overflowing, a lighter was left on the counter. Overall very bad experience today.

  Went in within the last hour of the restaurant closing but was met with extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Food was delicious we will be back very soon.

  Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered! I threw most of it away, it was so inedible! All the food had an odd taste and texture that made it inedible. The breadsticks had no flavor, the marinara sauce was actually bad and sour tasting. The garlic butter sauce had no garlic flavor and it definitely wasn’t melted butter. There was absolutely no marinara sauce on the pizza and the crust was soggy, super thin and floppy. Totino’s frozen pizza has better crust! I could only eat the cheese and toppings and threw everything else away. The pizza and breadsticks were also lukewarm. Horrible food from a restaurant!
