  We had a party of 12 for a graduation celebration. When we arrived the staff was very kind. My fiancee and I went to the bar while our table was being set. The bar staff was great. When we sat down, Braylen was right there to get us what we needed. Huge kudos to Braylen and THANK YOU for making our experience very special. The food was excellent as well. We would strongly recommend Picosos. Thank you everyone!

  Wow!! I can't believe people really eat there , pretty nasty! I don't know who the manager is but that place needs to be deeply inspected needs to be inspected by the state I don't give it one like 0

  Placed an order to be picked up. When we got it home, half was missing. Before I could call, the assistant manager had already called saying they missed some of the order. I asked if I needed to drive back to pick up or would they deliver? The caller said they would deliver. We received what we thought was the rest of our order within 15 minutes. The driver would not accept a tip and when we opened the bag, it was our compete order again. To me even though the order was wrong to start with, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you.

  I have to eat gluten free and this place does a great job of helping those who have gluten intolerance. They took all the precautions and the menu is labeled clearly. Food is delicious and there was a nice variety. Love the atmosphere. Prices are definitely reasonable. This is one of my absolute favorite places to go. Love the naked chili rellono, tacos, and enchiladas whenever I go.

  First of all.. Do NOT go within an hour of closing when the Elinor [manager] is there. She has no idea of what customer service is about. Closing time was 10PM.. the hostess s mopping the foyer floor as we entered… that a first for ma at 62 years old. Second.. beware the the Crab and Shrimp Enchiladas. The dish was thrown together like a soup sandwich. It was bizarre! I needed a steak knife and a spoon to even try to eat it. On the bright side, the margaritas and other drinks were actually good. Hank the bartender and Kayleigh the waitress were great… which is why I give the place the one star. The context her is that we arrived at 9:21PM thinking we could get quick dinner and a couple drinks in. At 9:45 the staff began to sweep and mop the floor around us. We got the hint, so we tried to expedite our process. Finally at 5 minutes until closing feeling that we were not at all welcome to be there, we’re about to get ready to leave and Elinor slams the lights on full blast. They were actually flickering! Thankfully we aren’t epileptic. My girlfriend had to put her sunglasses on. I went to talk to Elinor and explained how rude she was being to us and she had no idea what I was talking about. She had no clue and didn’t see to care in the least. So.. we paid $180 for 35 minutes of a bad experience. Elinor is the worst restaurant manager I’ve ever seen. We think Hank the bartender should take her place.
