Raquel was working and she was very pleasant and even offered recommendations as I was somewhat undecided on what I wanted. She even tried to find me some discounts on what I ordered. I waited inside and I could tell she enjoyed just being there doing her job with joy. That is a rare thing these days. Food came out hot and fresh and quick. I’m glad I walked in today and met Raquel. Thank you.

I gave specific instructions including the address to the hospital, my mother’s name, and her room number so the pizza could easily be delivered to her. I received a text that the delivery driver that said, “I’ll leave it here for you at the emergency entrance. Have a blessed night.” The pizza and drink were left on a bench outside of the emergency room entrance. I live out of town and my mother is confined to a hospital bed. Neither of us had the ability to get the pizza. If the delivery driver was too lazy to deliver the pizza, he could have at least delivered it to an employee so they could take it to my mother’s room. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…I’m not sure if the delivery driver is lazy or not very smart. I actually left a tip when ordering…that was a complete waste of money as he did not deserve a tip. After leaving the review, I was contacted by the manager who apologized for the delivery issue. He explained that deliveries are contracted out to DoorDash and it was not a Papa John’s delivery driver who left the pizza outside on the bench. The manager offered to refund me for my order. His apology and the gesture were enough.
