  This is consistently the worst McDonald’s location in town. They give you burnt buns all the time, the bread is often old and the staff is beyond rude most of the time. I have literally gotten burnt buns the last 4 times in a row. I would never recommend this McDonald’s and after tonight I’ll never spend another dollar there.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in town in my experience. The wait is consistently long, and this visit was especially frustrating. I sent my son to pick up our breakfast order, and after waiting over 25 minutes, he was finally told they were out of sausage and gravy. They offered replacements, but we declined and requested a refund for those items. Instead of helping, they told him we had to handle the refund ourselves through the app. We should have been told about the unavailable items much sooner. Long waits and poor customer service seem to be a regular problem at this location.

  Drive further down 4th to get your order right, food warm, and meal made without a significant wait. We are 3 for 3 on slow service, missing fries, and/or poor quality. 😢

  This location always sends you to the third window regardless of order size, long waits, 6 piece nugget only came with 5, burger was undercooked, and they often forget the sauce. That being said the staff is nice!
