  They took ≈21 minutes to get out food. The lady at the drive thru put in 2 of the 3 things we ordered and when she asked if it was right she put the order on the other screen then just said please move forward after we said we couldn't see it. Then we get up and ask the manager about it and he said we'd have to go through and order twice. Then he forgot to give us the Texas meal one and tried saying we did have it untill we gave him the bag and it wasn't in there. But as we came back around and got the 20 piece nuggets and a basket of fries it took them a good 5-15 ish minutes to get just that when he said it'd only be like a 1-2 minute wait. We got there at 7:15pm and left at 7:36pm and they still forgot out sauce.

  Do not visit this location unless you have 40+ minutes to wait for food. Got stuck in the drive thru for an hour before. Started to use curbside, but they will NOT bring your food to you. Then they will not get your order right and leave items out. I gave them 3 chances because it’s the closest to my house and each time service got even worse. Today it was 1130 and hardly anyone was there. Absolutely awful

  The first time we ordered was Wednesday. We chose curbside pickup and ordered a hot macchiato, but they gave us an iced macchiato. We had it changed. However, the girl in the cashier wasn't even remorseful about what her team gave us, and the long wait.Then we tried again Thursday because it was near our appointment. And I ordered a quarter-pound burger deluxe, but only got a regular quarter-pounder. I asked again to have it changed and asked how long it would take.And again the girl in the cashier told me 5 minutes. And we have been waiting for 20 minutes. Then told me to have it refunded instead. I said you can just put vegetables with that burger you gave me. And what's worst when I told her they are not even remorseful with wrong order and long wait. She told me its not her fault. Talked to the manager and felt the same with the manager. Someone interrupted not sure who he is. He entertained me but with that being said or done. I Just wanted them to improve their service.
