  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I used the last bit of money to order my kids some food on the app went to pick it up and the app wouldn't work. Went to drive thru after sitting in the stall for 10 minutes and they told me I have to go back to the stall and keep trying. Went inside and talked to the manager and kept hearing we can't do anything its the app. If you can't pull up my order to get my order ready then how did you pull it up to cancel it because it was canceled by the time I got back out to the car.

  I don't know why it should take 15 to 20 minutes to wait for a bacon quarter pounder with cheese, but it does. It is every McDonald's not just this one.

  It was late, so we were the only ones in there, then 2 more customers came in to order from the kiosk while we were waiting for our food. We ordered from the cashier. He was very friendly with a great smile. Our food didn't take long at all.

  Not 100% what the lady that works the speakers name is but she’s blonde and I believe wears pig tails, she is the nicest person I have ever met! Anytime I go to this location I’m always met with the same kindness from her! 5 stars just because of her!!!

  I had order food at Burger King through their app and arrived 45 minutes prior to their closing time. I was told they aren’t taking new orders. Told them I ordered through the app already, not a new order. They were dismissive, said they closed their broiler, and no customer service was provided. They did not apologize, they did not even try to process a refund. They just ended the conversation. Drove to this McDonalds drive thru and I was immediately greeted at the drive thru, I thought it was AI at first because they were kind, respectful, and pleasant, something I had become unfamiliar with given I’d been dealing with Burger King’s antics. The staff is super respectful! Got to order without any issues, my order was completed quickly, food was great! Service was comparable to Chic Fil A, better than most McDonald’s. I don’t know if it’s always like this, but the girl taking the order and the staff in the back making the order during this night shift were awesome! Writing this review, because if I can write a bad review for Burger King after really bad service, I should write a good review for McDonald’s after really good service. The chocolate shake helped get that bitter taste out of my mouth that Burger King left, for some reason that locations owner does not care.
