- JGJunior GrayAug 20, 20261.0Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:25. I live two minutes from the store and got there almost right away. They refused to give me the order I had already placed and paid for. The manager said the only option was to cancel it and wait 4–5 days for a resolution. She also claimed you have to be physically in the store to get breakfast ordered through the app. When I asked why the app even let me place the order then, she said she doesn’t know anything about the app and doesn’t deal with it. Completely unacceptable. The app took my order with no warning, the store refused to honor it, and staff offered zero real help. I’m out the meal I paid for and stuck waiting days just because their system and staff aren’t on the same page. Do better. I used to work for McDonald’s and know that is not policy. Why would the app say to order fast to ensure you get your breakfast? The manager also said the individual who owned the McDonald’s is Jason Sawyer when it is in fact Ruth and Rick Robillard!
