  Ordered on the app for curbside pickup. They put my clearly marked bag on the door dash shelf and just forgot about it until I went in to ask about it.

  The DM Joyce had a VERY bad customer service & was VERY rude. When trying to explain our order she rudely walked away & let the window slide shut on us hard while talking to her. Then proceeded with a harsh & overly rude voice without giving us the respect of explaining & cut us off fast by simply just saying 'I AM NOT GOING TO SERVE YOU'. Snatched our receipt & said she would refund but didn't. Instead charged us & said it was now our problem to figure out how to get our refund through our bank. Then we we asked for the corporate office she said they weren't the corporate office & she wasn't going to give us that information either. She was just overall rude. So now we're out of food, money, & stressed out just because of her personal issues. Very VERY unsatisfied with her.
