I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the repeated poor experiences I have had at McDonald’s store #6626.
I am a frequent customer, visiting approximately three times a week. Unfortunately, my visits are consistently plagued with issues, including:
- Receiving orders with missing items, incorrect items, or even someone else’s order entirely.
- Experiencing major inconsistencies with the breakfast start time, ranging anywhere from 4:00 a.m. to nearly 5:00 a.m.
On my most recent visit, I arrived at 3:30 a.m., ordered a drink, and asked what time breakfast would begin. I was told 4:00 a.m. I waited in the parking lot, placed my order at 4:00, and proceeded to the drive-thru. Initially, the staff was polite, but I was then told that breakfast wasn’t available due to system updates and to wait another 25 minutes. After waiting an hour total and having my mobile order canceled, I reordered and was told I needed to pay as if it were a new order, and that a sandwich I had used a coupon for could not be comped. This interaction felt cold and dismissive.
Feeling frustrated, I called to speak with the Hospitality Manager, David. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, he denied that the events occurred, even after I explained I had just left. I overheard an employee, Matthew, joke about the situation, and David returned to the call more dismissive than before, effectively calling me dishonest. This left me feeling gaslit and unvalued as a loyal customer.
I am not seeking for anyone to lose their job. However, I strongly recommend that the overnight staff and management be retrained on customer service and operational consistency, especially during the lunch-to-breakfast transition. Customers should never feel ignored, disrespected, or made to wait over an hour for a simple order.
Please take this complaint seriously. I truly hope that the franchise owner, Mr. Varges, and the General Manager, Felix, will address these ongoing issues, as this experience has left me questioning whether I will ever return to this location.
Especially after seeing the reviews that are already on here. Pathetic
