  The self-serve machine had stopped working in the middle of processing my payment nobody knew what to do. Until I started getting irritated and then finally they fixed the order. But at that point, I didn't even want the food anymore. The eggs were very dry and they looked weird, which just led me to believe that McDonald's eggs are fake 🤥

  When I got there. There was no cars in line at all. Orders my food I guess they forgot my code so I asked at the window if they could add it. They said no I would have to go all the way around…. THERE WAS NO CARS IN LINE! The worker there Jackie was very rude in a smart way I guess knowing she wouldn’t get in trouble if she has an attitude so that tells me she probably had done this quite a bit with no consequences. The manager Tara was very helpful but she didn’t apologize for her worker being rude she gave me my mcChicken and not the rest of my food so I had to go inside to get the rest of my order. Tara was still get nice when I asked for her workers name she gave it me & then Jackie told me to have a good day in a very sarcastic way just dancing around. Which tells me she has never been held accountable for being rude. McDonald’s customer service at its finest.

  I went up here expecting the same respect I give out to people but no there rude and it’s crazy cause it’s the manager no disrespect but I don’t see how your a manager talking the way you do and you made my burger wrong didn’t even repeat my order back to me or you didn’t even make sure I paid just walked off then threw my food on the counter when it was ready didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt or nothing me personally that’s not how you serve anyone but no worries this McDonald’s will not be getting my money again

  I went through drive thru as I usually do, with my 1 year old toddler. The staff was nice, and had a genuine friendliness. They were also understanding; giving the same service with a smile when I realized I hadn't yet unlocked my card for payment! Thanks for keeping up the pace and service standard throughout my short, but pleasant visit!
