I ordered 6 burgers for my family through the app. They left my order on the counter so long the burgers I ordered were cold and hard. I ordered using the mobile app in the parking lot so I figured it I would have to wait for a little bit but 30 minutes later I get cold hard food. I could not eat it and neither could my family. The employees are rude and uncaring. Several vehicles behind me got their food before I did. I'm calling in the morning to talk to corporate about a refund because this place is ridiculous in it's behavior and food service!
