- ECElizabeth Cardenas5 days ago1.0I bought a McDouble and forgot to ask for nothing on it. I have a phobia of ketchup and I genuinely can not deal with ketchup. And I told the lady af the window to please make sure there was no ketchup on my burger that I was sorry for the inconvenience and I apologized and was very nice and asked if she would make sure. She acted very nicely and changed it for me cool. Then I had to go wait for a bit for my food which is no problem I don’t mind. But I get home. Open my bag and there’s like 12 ketchup packets just over my food. And it’s genuinely just the audacity. I’m super upset because she was very sweet just to do that bs.
- DBD BebberMay 9, 20265.0This is a great McDonald’s. All of the workers were incredibly kind. The service was great. It was fast. The manager was incredibly generous. One of the kids made a spell and instantly the workers were there cleaning it up. Couldn’t be happy enough with this place. Look forward to coming back. I strongly encourage you if you’re looking for a great McDonald’s in Lubbock this is the one you want.

- VAV AApr 18, 20265.0Don't really like going to McDonald's anymore due to prices, but kids like the chicken nuggets so I do. I go get my food at a restaurant. Prices are the same and yep you're getting good food. We sometimes buy kids and take their food with us to restaurant and eat there. Just saying its not worth buying a 4 dollar burger when you can get a good burger same price at George's or something.

Really really terrible
