- BDBarbara DriscollJun 17, 20265.0My parents who are both in their 90s shop at Market Street on 50th in Lubbock. I really wanted to send the management a nice note about how great the service is. Dad had a list of items to pick up and because they have multiple carts that he can ride in the store, he was able to shop with my assistance and get everything on his list. I was struck by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Great customer service!!! One man offered to bring the cart to my father. Another very nice young lady followed us out to the car to return the cart. I noticed another man on a cart who purchased a lot of items and several employees helped him out to load his car. You just don't receive this great service at pretty much anywhere. Kudos to United for thinking of seniors and kudos to all the great employees who went out of their way to be helpful.

I've on multiple occasions gotten a drink here and every time the soft drinks are all flat. I've tried multiple drinks, both machines, even telling someone and they don't care. Oh well.
