Workers are rude ignored me when needed help finding stuff and I was loud enough even my wife spoke up!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order groceries on the app at this location or any United/Market Street location. There is a problem with their point of sale system with credit cards while using a card and gift card simultaneously. My card was run 3 times through my bank and funds were put on hold but the order was never fulfilled. Thanks United for requesting the hold for funds but never fulfilling my order. It was such a pleasure being without 800 dollars this week. I’ll tell HEB you said hello.

I've been using Market Street's curbside pickup for a while now, and they've consistently substituted items without notifying me about them, substitute things that aren't appropriate/reasonable items to substitute, and have on multiple occasions left things out of our order but charged us for them anyways. This is not the only location I've had this problem with. This week, I ordered Aleia's gluten free breadcrumbs. Either they were out of stock, or whoever filled the order didn't find them, because what I got (without notice) was a can that was not only not what I ordered, but not even at least a gluten free equivalent. I don't mean to be nitpicky, but I can't use these now, I wasn't given a heads up in advance, and this is not the first time this has happened.
On other occasions, I've had bread, hand soap, cheese, and a handful of other miscellaneous things be missing from my order when I get home and unload the groceries, but I was still charged for them.
I like the idea of being able to place an online order and pick it up, and it can be convenient when it isn't screwed up, but it's becoming a waste of my time (and money), and their online pickup employees clearly aren't competent enough to fill my orders or at the very least notify me of substitutions, pick reasonable ones, and refund the items that they don't have. And the fact that we've had these issues at multiple locations tells me it's not just an isolated location, but a more widespread organizational issue.

They went up on the price of the breakfast. I paid for it and sat down in the dining area to eat. I realized that I was the only one eating at 8AM. Rosa's has an equivalent breakfast for less money.
