Adrian was so helpful and nice, getting the pizza for the first time at any United Market Street. All I ordered was a simple pepperoni and cheese, and it was by far two of the best pizzas ever

I used to really enjoy shopping here, but the quality of the food has noticeably gone downhill. I recently complained because several items were spoiling far too quickly. I bought fish and planned to cook it the next day, but when I opened the package, the smell was horrible. Fruit has been overly soft or developed mold within just a few days, and vegetables such as cucumbers have also been soft and poor quality. When I spoke with the female manager, she told me I should not shop online because the orders are being filled by “a bunch of 16-year-olds” who do not know how to shop or select quality items. I found that response unprofessional and felt she was borderline rude. Market Street is on the expensive side, so customers should be able to expect better freshness, quality, and customer service. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business to H-E-B. I will definitely miss the gas discount. 07/09/2026 around 8pm phone call

The sackers are terrible. Rude, bad attitudes and I feel rushed to situate groceries in my vehicle. I'd rather carry my groceries out my self. When I do use self check out its becuase I want to do it myself and I dont mind bringing the basket back. I have had 2 sackers chase me down. Totally understand you dont want baskets outside in the parking lot, but to fix that get a basket corral. The employees should not be rude to some one who tells them they can do it and to please leave them alone. Don't come here much for this reason.
