Noel manages this location. And he tops them all in quality and staff friendliness. The Meat Market from their manager Joe is just plain Texas delicious. Did you know you can go and get any of their cutters, I use Mason, to prep your beef, chicken, turkey or, ham per request? Then there is the bakery. I put their donuts up to any donut store in Lubbock because their manager Mark and staff produces a "factory belt" of delicious treats. Those guys work so hard. Thanks. Then there are the vegetables. Picture perfect. Fantastic selections. Their dinner line is delicious too. Guys like Adam will great you and fix up your order just the way you want your dinner plate to be. I can't image that any other possible competition that could match up the overall Texas friendly service and high quality foods you get here . That would be Noel's achievement.

I am not a fan of the change in the website. I am constantly given the message "not found."

I love shoping at your location except for your hot deli. I have bought chicken 2 times. The first was great because it was fresh and hot . The second time the chicken was very old, dry , I was going to bring it back but decided to throw it away. I will not buy from ur deli again.
Last have worked in fresh retail for over 25 years (Costco)I know for a fact that there is a time limit in hot foods. Your deli for some reason will hold out and keep old product in the case.. I understand about the bottom line and making a profit but its also about selling the best product possible for your customers .
It would also help if they stir the product from time to time to keep it fresh looking.

I've been using Market Street's curbside pickup for a while now, and they've consistently substituted items without notifying me about them, substitute things that aren't appropriate/reasonable items to substitute, and have on multiple occasions left things out of our order but charged us for them anyways. This is not the only location I've had this problem with. This week, I ordered Aleia's gluten free breadcrumbs. Either they were out of stock, or whoever filled the order didn't find them, because what I got (without notice) was a can that was not only not what I ordered, but not even at least a gluten free equivalent. I don't mean to be nitpicky, but I can't use these now, I wasn't given a heads up in advance, and this is not the first time this has happened.
On other occasions, I've had bread, hand soap, cheese, and a handful of other miscellaneous things be missing from my order when I get home and unload the groceries, but I was still charged for them.
I like the idea of being able to place an online order and pick it up, and it can be convenient when it isn't screwed up, but it's becoming a waste of my time (and money), and their online pickup employees clearly aren't competent enough to fill my orders or at the very least notify me of substitutions, pick reasonable ones, and refund the items that they don't have.

I generally like shopping at Market Street and am thankful they offer many organic and natural food options. However, they need to do more training for the young people filling the online orders (as well as sacking the groceries; not all of us can carry heavy bags!). I always get something other than I requested--usually in the produce dept. These young college students need to understand what the groceries are that they are shopping for! It is also frustrating that they have discontinued many of the specialty food items my family enjoys. I wish there was a way for us to give input before they discontinue certain products. Some of us have food allergies and sensitivities and can't always eat the processed junk on most of the shelves.
