- AAAliciaDawn4 days ago5.0We had my daughter's 21st birthday there. The games and stuff were fun and great especially the the laser tag. The food wasn't great but the margaritas were awesome and the people that worked there even gave us free game play cards. Love the atmosphere. I asked them to sing her a bday song so the dude over the loud speaker it was awesome.

When ordering drinks they forgot some of the drinks and had to end up waiting another 20 minutes for them to bring the drink. The manager that was working on May 11, 2026 is super disrespectful as well as the bartender working the same day. Asked for a receipt and bartender got a attitude about wanting to give receipt upon telling the bartender. There’s no need to get an attitude the manager approached us telling us we need to leave. Would highly not recommend this establishment.

We bought the 25.00 pass for activities which includes indoor golf, laser tag, and bowling, after we did those we got play cards for the arcade, went ahead and did the lowest amount which is 35.00 but all the games were not functioning properly, the air hockey tables didnt work, and the Claw machines are all broken the claws are worthless. There were many spills, and instead if cleaning them, wet floor signs were placed and the floor just becoming sticky. We eventually just used all our credits on one of two games thats did work to waste our credit. Probably will not be going back or recommending.

The bartender was our server who sucked, no refills, had To get the manager 3 times. Only one food item came out and we waited an extra 20-30 Minutes for the rest to come out. Got the kids order wrong. And they still forgot one of our entrees. So unsatisfied we didn’t even play games. Will not be back. Place went down hill
- AAAndrewApr 25, 20261.0I came in this evening to play the arcade area with the family .i happen to play 3 games in a row that so happen to take the points but the game doesn’t activate . The first 2 I let it be but the 3rd game of course I went and asked about assistants , i got helped out . I went to continue and when I played a game I still had my same amount of points to play games . So I went and asked for assistance and I got treated very poorly. I was being nice and communicating for something simple he was acting like I was lying . He would walk away mid sentence and was very disrespectful. I usually bring the family to this main event and when a game machine has an error I had have helped before . So I’m upset I got treated like this and I got cheated out of my money. The gentleman was named Gary . I just wanted help and instead I got denied and disrespected . Everyone else that assisted was good to my family mean while . Thank you .
