  I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. Ive had some really BAD experience with deliver though. I work in the mall. Its right down the street and it seems to be a hassle. Each time I have placed an order I have said my store and the best entrance to enter. First time I waited for 40 minutes for my order. I spoke with the manager. She said she would give me a credit. When I went through the drive thru it was not on record. Thats fine. 2nd time I ordered I called after 45 mins. The person on the phone said my order would be there in 5. 30 minutes later I called back. Person on the phone said they didnt kmow where they were going so they didnt deliver. I never got a call or anything. She said they could remake and deliver it. If it were just me eating I would have said no way. This was for my employees. At 1 hour and 45 minutes we FINALLY received our lunch. By then it was too late and an employee had to take her lunch home. The driver who delivered it also just said, "here" no apology and she definitely did not have great customer service skills. I have been hesitant to write this review because I do know that I can not order from them again because they now know who I am but talking to the GM didnt make a difference so I hope this will.

  We ordered delivery. We asked them to cut our sandwiches. They can't seem to follow instructions so not a five. Just learn to read please

  I had made an online delivery order and I never received my food I had included tip and delivery fees. I went to the slide location that I ordered from and went inside and the manager and two employees where completely rude and not willing to help and continued making excuses on why we didn’t receive our food instead of helping. She didn’t even ask how to help she just said sorry and sent us out the door. The worst experience I have ever had with a fast food place and I didn’t even get to try the food.

  They don't care about their customer's experience. Terrible service at this location and if you call them to talk about it, you get nothing but bad attitude.
