  I love the drinks the ice. It is always clean and my points accumulate quickly. The are community involved.

  The drinks are okay but they could stand to clean the surfaces around the dispensers and the counters where the lids and straws are more often. The staff are typically friendly but not very helpful. My biggest complaint is about their loyalty program; they send me emails all the time telling me that I'm close to earning a reward, but never say what it takes to earn a reward. I finally asked last time I was in and was told that I can get a free cup at 70 points. I was taken aback, I have almost 700 points and never once was told by anyone at the store, or in the countless emails that they sent that I had enough points for a reward. I asked how I was supposed to know I had a reward if they never told me and their response was "It's in the app". I don't need an app for tea, this is a terrible way to run a "loyalty program". They didn't even ask me if I wanted to redeem a reward after I told them I had almost 700 points, just took my payment.

  Fast friendly service. Tea is great. I got the Texas chia and a coconut tea they were delicious

  Dont round up my price without telling me. Change your price to make it higher to reflect not using pennies. Whether its a dollar or a cent it isn't yours to take.
