Not like its glory days. They store is crowed they layout seems hectic there were employees on the floor stocking during peak hours which makes it difficult to maneuver in an already crowded store. There were clearly 5 upper level managers standing in the center of the ready to eat area blocking entire areas of traffic so they could chat amongst eachother without any concern for the customers around them. Fish department was excellent they man working the counter was cheerful amd very informative. Maybe the upper management needs to take a few lessons from their hourly staff.

By far the worst HEB curbside I've ever experienced. Items are always packed incorrectly and missing. I went back today to pick up and missing item that was the whole point of placing it to begin with, to come back home and realize that I was missing other items as well. I've used curbside multiple times and there has always been something wrong with my order.

One stop shop for life. Today, I remembered to bring in my bags. I smiled as I watched a young girl carefully pack my items, thoughtfully placing certain items in various bags. When I returned home to unpack groceries, I felt grateful that the bread made it home unsquished.

I let me start off saying I love HEB but, I’m guessing 500-600 parking spots and only 12 handicap spots. Most are taken up by cars with handicap placards. It ls very difficult when you have to park by 114th street when walking long distance is painful. I feel they could have more spots not just the state minimum required by law. I looked up the laws in Texas and they literally have the minimum spots. Response to HEB follow-up , honestly when I go to Marketstreet they offer many spots by the entrance for handicapped people.

Today went to HEB like we always have. Spent $200, paid then went to BBQ place and placed to go order. After food was ready and ready to leave with our groceries, our cart stops right before exit! Never in my life have we had to experience this before! Food bagged up by employees and paid for and cart is shut off by employee like we had not paid for. Are you kidding me HEB. You have cameras you know food was paid for! Husband had to go tell HEB employee to release hold on cart. 🤦‍♀️ Husband asked employee if he looked suspect. Again HEB do better please. This was not necessary.
