I don’t understand the new curbside rules. They don’t wait more than two hours for you anymore. But when we show up on time we wait 30-60 minutes for our order?

I consistently have good experience both with online ordering for curbside pickup and in-store shopping.

Parking lot was packed. Store didn't feel overly crowded. Prices are great! They seemed to have everything I needed and more. Fun double-seated baskets for the littles. Cashiers seemed stressed. Overall great shopping experience. Clean store.

Heb is my store but..Wth is going on with the bbq place ? This is 10.81 ?Are guys really charging 10.81 a ounce. Because I know the dry bread didn"t cost anything. You gave me a mcdouble size bbq sliced beef one slice of beef cut into two small pieces on a tiny bun ? No 4 ounce side of slaw or a drink. Nope. Can't be that generous. AT THE LEAST if you all are going to charge 11 bucks for a damn sandwich you can make it decent. I would pay 20 for a fair bbq sandwhich ! This is sad. Jeez you guys suck! And you gave me 3 sets of silverware? FOR WHAT. To cut this massive sandwhich up ? That's comical. I have a idea skip handing out free silverware packets use that savings to quit ripping people off.

We placed an order for cases of corn for a church event happening Saturday June 13. (We have been buying cases of corn for 3 years and have never experienced this problem). I was told by the produce manager that the price was going to be the same as listed in the store. When I was going to check out the night manager was rude about it and wasn’t willing to help. He gave me a bunch of Heb plastic bags to empty the cases one by one in order for it to be store price. He gave me and my mom a rude attitude. Overall the situation could’ve been handled differently, he could’ve gave less attitude we were very disappointed with how we were treated. Thankfully another heb worker in a black heb shirt helped us out and gave us cardboard boxes and helped us empty out the other cases into those. He was very helpful and we are grateful for his help!
