  Used to eat this all the time years ago when we lived in California! Nice to finally have one. Like all fast food places now... a little quality difference, but still delicious. Great place that is run well here in Lubbock.

  Drove 1.5 hour to try this since I am from California was super excited. To be disappointed chicken was bland. Messed up our order, when we told them we were missing items they got mad and said everything was in there. Burrito was full of rice hardly anything else in it. Very disappointing.

  The food there was okay. I got the 3 Piece Leg & Thigh Combo Meal with sides of rice and mashed potatoes—it was okay; the chicken tasted alright and the sides were pretty standard. The avocado salsa was pretty great. My only grievance would be with one of the workers. She was incredibly rude and short with almost every customer that came in. However, I'm willing to chalk it up to her having a bad day—regardless, she was very unprofessional. Aside from that, it was an average experience.

  Being a California Native.. this was my 3rd time trying the lubbock location. We opted to order through the app this time. We made our choices and added the salsas we wanted. When we got the food bag in the drive through, it was completely sealed up. We assumed the order was good, because the service has been pretty good. When we got home, We were sad to see that they didn’t include any of the salsas we included in the order on the app. Not 1 salsa. And we ordered 4 meals and chips and salsa. Very sad and disappointing cause the avocado salsa is the best part :/.

  What can I say I'm from California,I was really excited to hear that there was a Pole loco, coming.Their food is fantastic but I don't know what happened. I tried to order a chicken quesadilla , one of my favorite items they told me they don't know what I was talking about, even though it's right on the menu, I had to argue for a minute so frustrated that I ordered 2 tacos. Went home and there were soggy and a mess look like that were rushed.I should have taken a picture of it. was horrendous the chicken was dry and bland it didn't have that that smoky peppery taste that I rememberAnd plus it was extremely expensive i was so disappointed. Never going again......
