    Did you guys change the frozen 911 recipe? Been ordering the same thing for a couple years, but the last 3 times ive ordered its been inconsistent. I really like the staff at this location, they're always pleasant and quick. Ordered today, I couldn't taste any of the bitter flavor that I like from the coffee and it had an aggressive berry-esque sweetness flavoring inside of it that I found repulsive. I asked them to remake it....but....it tastes the same as the first one and I didnt have the heart to tell those nice people a second time. The ice crystals aren't as consistent as they used to be, the coffee doesn't taste as strong, and even asking for zero sugar it is repulsively sweet. Im sorry to the staff that reads this because I really think you guys are great.

    I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire barista staff at this location. We usually stop by around 6:00 PM after work, and the crew is always so welcoming that they have our orders memorized by now. Our protein latte and double chocolate mocha are always absolutely on point. This crew does a fantastic job every day
