  7:15 am Sunday morning. Waiting for door dash order, which I understand they are busy, not too busy but whatever. Their women's bathroom on the other hand is disgusting. Food service establishments present their dining areas and bathrooms to the public as a symbol of their commitment to their customers. I believe the dining area and bathrooms are a reflection of the food prep areas. If they dont care what the customer sees, why would they care about what the customer doesn't see.

  Please rename it avocado bread instead of toast. They don't toast the bread anymore and haven't since they franchise sold out about 2 years ago. I don't stop often but the last 3 time, I've gone out of my way to stop, they don't toast my bread on the avocado toast and that is literally the only reason I go there.

  Inconsistent with orders. First time was great so I decided to implement Dunkin as my morning pit stop to get me through my long days at work. It’s been hit or miss getting my order right each morning. This morning I go to eat my bacon egg and cheese croissant and it’s a damn bagel. I can’t eat bagels. So I won’t be wasting my time or money here anymore. So sad because I love it when it’s right, but now I’m stuck at work all day and can’t leave.
