I recently visited El Paso and had Dunkin there several times—it was consistently great. Coming back home, I decided to give this Lubbock location another chance, and unfortunately it reminded me why I usually stay away.

The morning crew is some of the nicest people! I was not a fan of the drink that I had ordered, so I went inside and politely asked if it could be remade to something a little bit sweeter. They gave me so many suggestions and made it right away completely replacing the original drink. The manager told me the next time I come through, to let him know that it’s me and he’s gonna make a different concoction for me so we can test out different flavors and see what I like the best. Just not the typical service you expect from a ‘fast food’ place.
