  Kaeli is the absolute best. Our son is special needs and in a wheelchair and she made him feel comfortable. We have visited many DandB but this was by far the best. Thank you Kaeli he still talks about you and says yall are best friends the jersey with your name for employee of the month was well worth it. I nominate Kaeli for employee of the year!!!

  From the moment we got there it was such a smooth experience. We were seated very quickly then was almost immediately greeted by our server Ky. He was so friendly, we were able to have a really good conversation while also receiving a handful of food and drink recommendations! He got our drinks and food to us very quickly and we really enjoyed everything he recommended to us. Overall we had a great time and definitely see ourselves coming back just off of our experience with our server alone!

  Most absent and unhelpful employees I've ever seen in my life. I was literally in the middle of calling the place from inside to try to find an employee before one finally popped up and was then extremely unhelpful.

  Bartender and waitstaff are horrible. They have terrible attitudes and seem like they just dont want to be there. If your going to come to work pissy and have an attitude then find another job please. Nobody has time for that. The games are fun and staff on the game side are completely fine. I'd suggest either finding new bartenders and waitstaff or retraining them on how they should treat customers if you want this establishment to last much longer here. I mean look at the other 1 star reviews... bit of a trend much? And no im not going to fill out your little survey and give you my contact information since this has clearly been an issue for quite some time now that yall refuse to address and fix. Get it together. Changes need to be made asap.

  The food was horrible for what we paid. The Alfredo had more grease or oil than the sauce the chicken Ceasar salad was literally just lettuce a very small thin slice of chicken and next to no dressing I mentioned it to the waitress she said that's how its made for aroubd 15 dollars for that salad I felt robbed. The Alfredo was very gritty tasting. The cheese burger must have been a kids burger but once again the waitress said that's the actual size. We never got refills on our drinks we ask for a side of dressing and never received it. and I must say it was not busy so that can't be the reason for horrible service and food quality. The games is about all I can recommend if I must.
