  I’ve ordered burrito bowls from Chipotle many times, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The white rice was completely overcooked and clumped together into one giant sticky mass instead of being fluffy and separated. The texture was honestly disgusting and made the whole bowl hard to eat. I genuinely don’t understand how food like this was considered acceptable to serve. Very disappointed with the quality this time.

  Normally we don’t have an issue with Chipotle. Today my wife went and picked up our order. Once she got there, our bag was ripped. She asked if she could get a new bag and the lady rudely told her no, mind you the bag was over half ripped and the food could fall out. She asked again and showed the bag ripped and the lady still refused. When my wife returned home, she told me about it and naturally I was upset as well. I pulled the food out and the food looked like it was smashed and thrown in there. On top of that it was cold cold. Not even a trace of the food was warm. I wish I could take back my tips I give them for the service. Maybe we should start not tipping till after the whole experience. We will not return to this chipotle location. I hope they get better.

  Dirty!!! As I walked in there were two other's eating, you can see large pieces of food on the floor. Started to order and you can see the food had been mixed because the servers were not cleaning. Went to take a seat and all the tables where dirty. I asked to get my table clean and it was difficult for the worker. This is unsanitary, and unhealthy people literally eating on top of someone else's old food on the dirty table's.

  lol is this a joke? Why am i paying almost $20 for a meal and y’all can’t even get my order right nor fill up the whole bowl?? I went through the drive through lane to pick up my mobile order and when i opened it, this is what i saw. If you are going to offer pick up orders at least make sure the workers on shift know how to fill a bowl.😊

  The worst experience I've ever had. First I called to make the complaint about the serving size and the manager told me I needed a receipt in order for her to help me fix the issue (in order to prove I purchased the food at that location). I let that issue pass over......as were eating our food we find a thick hair in the chicken so we definitely took that bowl back and the manager again tells me I need a receipt to replace the bowl with hair in it and I told her there wasn't a receipt in the bag nor did she, (the manager, kristen) hand me a receipt. I asked for upper management and she advised me that there isn't one there. Finally, she gave me a business card to the district leader, I called her and thankfully she was able to fix the issue. The district leader even admitted that the manager should have approached that issue differently and they will have a talk with her. Hopefully they're upper management can choose a person/manager who puts customer service as a top priority. Another thing, the tables were dirty and other employees were on their phones and not even worried about cleaning and sanitizing any of the dinning tables nor the dirty kitchen area. We will definitely not attend that location anymore. Hopefully the other locations continue to be better than that one.
