Steak had to have been sitting there all day. Was black and hard. Very small portions. When I asked for more they literally put two slivers of lettuce. My bowl was half filled.

We frequent this location often.....for the most part it's of course always crowded....but today it wasn't only crowded it was filthy and the the guy at the register at 8:45pm was the rudest person ever. BE WARNED ⚠️ THEY ARE TRYING TO DOUBLE CHARGE PROTEIN....so just a heads up.

We went to Chipotle tonight to order a burrito and a burrito bowl, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I started ordering my burrito, and it wasn't until we got all the way to the toppings that I was told they were out of sour cream, queso, and guacamole. Those are pretty significant ingredients to be missing, and had someone told me before I started ordering, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I told the employee I didn't want the burrito anymore because I wasn't going to pay full price for something that didn't have the ingredients I actually wanted. Instead of simply understanding, he gave me a lot of attitude about not buying it. My wife still wanted her burrito bowl, so we finished her order, although they told us they were also out of sour cream for hers. Then things got ridiculous. When I went to pay, the cashier asked if I wanted chips. I told her no because they were out of queso. She then walked into the back and came out with queso. So apparently they weren't actually out of queso. They just wouldn't put it on the burrito I had already tried to order. The condition of the serving line didn't help either. It was an absolute mess, with food and ingredients spilled everywhere. Even worse, I watched one employee scrape chicken that had spilled onto the serving line back into the chicken holding pan. That's not something I ever want to see at a restaurant. Running out of ingredients happens. I understand that. But customers should be told before they start ordering, employees shouldn't give customers attitude when they decide they don't want an incomplete meal, and food that has spilled onto the serving line shouldn't be scraped back into the serving container. Between the poor communication, employee attitude, contradictory story about being out of queso, and the condition of the food line, this location appears extremely poorly managed. Looking at all the recent reviews this is not a new problem. We won't be back.

If the guacamole is empty don’t scrape along the edges and then charge me extra for it. More than a half scoop of chicken would be nice too. Oh and also you don’t have to fill up the entire bowl with rice to make me think I’m getting a full meal.
