  had a very frustrating experience at Chick-fil-A today. I waited in the drive-thru line for quite some time, but when I got to the ordering point, no one assisted me and I wasn’t able to place an order. I continued forward to the window hoping someone could help, but I was still not served. I was then asked to pull forward and wait in a different location, yet no one ever came to assist me. After spending all that time waiting, I ended up leaving without being able to order anything. This was extremely disappointing, especially because Chick-fil-A is usually known for great customer service. I hope this location can address these issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  Super dirty, no clean tables, trash can over flowing, took way longer than usual to get our food even when it wasn't busy. Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to by a long shot

  So to start, I 100% love chick fil a food. But this location has major issues. First off, of there are more than 5 cars in the drive up, better plan on waiting for a LONG TIME. Slowest drive thru service ever here. Second, the last food i ordered was a breakfast biscuit, and it was plain disgusting. The biscuit itself was soggy, the chicken tasted like it was 6 days old, and the hash browns were full of oil and just plain gross. I literally had one bite of each, and the them out. The sweet tea was pretty good however. All I can say is this location needs some work on not only their food, but the speed of service, which is an outright joke.

  Biggest waste of 15 minutes in my life. Queued in a line of cars marked on the pavement as "drive thru" and waited in line like normal and waited for someone to take my order. Found it weird that no one was serving my line, so I figured they would take my order at the intercom like any other drive thru. Finally got to the front of the line and it turned out that I needed some app that I didn't have installed to order food. No one ended up taking my order, so after waiting in line for 15 minutes I left. I also noticed that the other cars that were in front of me ended up looping back and rejoining the other line, so I assume that they had a similar experience. If only one drive thru lane is going to be served, that should be clearly and explicitly indicated at the start of the line.

  I ordered through the app from this location today to have food delivered for myself, my boss and another coworker. They farmed the delivery out to Door Dash, and when the dasher arrived with the food most of the order was missing. All of the sauces were missing for the food that we did receive. The dasher called the store to try to resolve the issue and they said there was nothing that they could do. The dasher was even willing to go back to the store to pick up the rest of the order but they wouldn't help us, they just said that there was nothing that they could do. I did get a partial refund from Door Dash for the items that I didn't receive.
