    Get there at 1225 and everyone is sweeping and cleaning bar floors... doesnt say hi or give any type of acknowledgement what so ever. Went to the patio with multiple servers seeing and waited outside for atleast 10-15 min and had to go inside and ask if there were any servers outside.... the bartender asked if another girl wanted us and she said no... she said shed have someone outside asap. Finally after another 5 min... after waiting to be greated a server came outside and looked like she didnt even want to be here. We ordered and waited 40 min for food just to come out cold and didnt have all of our order. Sent it back and got our receipt to notice she didn't ring in all of our order. Very disappointed. We go here often and have never been treated like this. Adding this... server never came back to close us out and was sitting with another table and had to go close out at the bar with the bartender.

    I’m 5 months pregnant so when I don’t like my food I do what every rational woman does and I cry. But Kenzie was fantastic she kept me from crying when I felt my wings were too hard and offered to get me something else. She made me feel so calm and was so nice to me! I hope everyone gets Kenzie as a server she’s truly amazing!!

    This is by far the worst location in Lubbock. Over the course of about two years, I've had multiple run ins with awful service and incorrect take out orders. 1: I had a group of 6 people dine in. We ordered our food and half of our orders came out (we ordered two flavors of wings each, only one flavor came) in addition to one person missing their food entirely and anothers order was wrong. We were told the rest was coming and they would fix the incorrect order. It never happened, the server never even came back to check on us. We spoke with a manager who finally got our order out about 45 minutes later after we had already waited at least 30 minutes. We spent about 2 1/2 hours there and never once did the manager apologize or offer any form of compensation. We had to get the manager again and he finally discounted our meal 2: I was with one other person on bogo night. We specifically ordered the 10 piece wing bogo, I said I want 5x this flavor and 5x that flavor, and my company did the same. The server brought out 40 wings. When we said that's not what we ordered, she got a massive attitude, sighed, and said y'all can take the extra home. When we asked for a manager, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager came and said if we want a refund for the order her server put in wrong, she'll have to take the wings off the table. At that point because of the servers attitude, we didn't feel comfortable eating there because of her horrible and combative attitude. So we paid for a meal we didn't get to eat and left. 3: we ordered take out. 20 boneless and 20 traditional. We got the order and they were all boneless. We took the order back and said it's wrong. Waited another 20 minutes to get it corrected. Check the bag again, and we're still missing part of our order. We go back to the take out counter for the 3rd time and talk to a manager which says we can take a credit for the missing wings or wait for the order to be fixed (for the 2nd time). By the time we get the food home, it's all cold except for the winds we had to wait on and the sauce was barely existent on the wings. These are not the only run ins I've had at this location. I really wish they would hire management that knows what they're doing so they can a: make the experience there livable and b: actually train their staff to do their job correctly. I'm so tired of giving this business my money and being let down again and again. Do better.

    They take forever to get your food even if you order online and ignore customers tell they got a whole line and food isn’t even made properly worst place ever and my macaroni noodles where hard still. And just saw workers just sitting around when there was a line at the counter

    My husband and I always try to sit in Mariah's section. She's now a full-time bartender and she is AWESOME!! She was super busy on bogo might and world cup soccer and took great care of us! Shout out to manager, Jazlyn, for stepping in and helping her take care of business. Keep these two. They make it worth coming in!!
