This place has become one of the worst places to eat and drink in the whole city of Lubbock. The service super sucks and the food has become super sub par. Management doesn't care and the servers deserve better than the poor management at this location. I refuse to give them any more of my money until they make necessary changes and implement a better customer experience. Worst place in Lubbock by far!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. Plenty of better options in Lubbock.

Nothing like having a birthday tradition ruined tonight. Always go in to get my free wings plus more. Well tonight I ordered. Was told 15 mins. I then come back in and was handed a bag with my 6 free wings. And told the others were not done. So waited another 25 mins and was finally given my full order. Order was cold, boxes sat in the warmer for so long they were soggy and fell apart when I tried to take out of the bag. Definitely the worst location I have been to

There were not busy at all we waited 25 minutes before they took our order. 30 minutes for our order to come out three of us got our order 30 minutes later the other five got their orders not complete we still have to wait for our sides to come out. Not a good place to go. Dirty tables everywhere. Waitress did as much as she could she did a good job.

Great Way to Watch a Restaurant Slowly Collapse in Real Time.
I should’ve listened to the reviews.
I really should’ve.
Because apparently this place has been running the same disaster script for a while now, and instead of fixing it, management decided, “Eh… let it ride.”
We walked in around 8pm and immediately got hit with a vibe that can only be described as end of the world shift energy. Every server looked completely drained, like they’d been there since sunrise and were now operating purely on fumes and broken dreams. You could tell this wasn’t a "bad night", this was the system.
And that’s the part that’s actually frustrating. This isn’t on the staff. They were clearly overwhelmed. This is what happens when a place is chronically understaffed and someone higher up is still patting themselves on the back because the profits $ look fine.
From the moment we sat down, it was chaos. Drinks would show up… eventually… then disappear into the void for long stretches. Few refills. Food came out in waves that made zero sense, half the table eating while the other half just sat there watching like it was dinner theater. By the time everything arrived, nothing was actually hot. Just… warm. Like it had already given up.
And the biggest red flag?
People were already walking out when we got there.
That’s never subtle. That’s the universe literally tapping you on the shoulder like, “Hey… maybe don’t do this.”
But we stayed. And yeah, the reviews were right.
This place isn’t having an off night.
It’s stuck in a loop.
And until someone at the top decides to care more about the experience than the margins, it’s probably going to stay that way.
Do yourself a favor, skip it.

Worst service possible with the smallest wings possible. They also don’t honor bogo wings on thursdays. They also played baby shake over the loud speakers so I really don’t know what the problem was. The waitress would walk off before we were finished asking for refills for our waters. I had to get up twice when it wasn’t busy at all to get more water. The wings were way too small for $50 for 2 adults and 2 kids to eat and I didn’t even order any wings because I shared off of everyone else’s plate. I would not have ordered anything from this place had I known they didn’t do bogo wings. The waitress had the worst attitude and was no where to be found for most of the meal. Absolute waste of my money and yall should go to the other locations that are owned by different people because this one is horrible. There’s a reason they are ALWAYS looking for waitstaff. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here.
