- KHKevin HNov 22, 20251.0Picked up pre-packed quart tonight. Texture was horrible - grainy, obviously semi-thawed and refrozen. Not at all like it typically is when it's hand scooped. Ice cream was not frozen hard either, so I suspect either careless employees or poorly working/set freezer. Immediately went back and told so sorry, only a manager can do returns and they won't be in until the morning. They charge a premium price, but deliver quality that I'd expect from a bad convenience store. Should have gone to United.

Well, the dude serving our ice cream was young and inexperienced…but a typical teenager…britches down below his hips. Really don’t want to see your fruit of the looms while you serve my ice cream. Lastly, bathroom needed attention. Urine all over the toilet seat…but hey, they have good ice cream…who cares about the rest of your experience?

I explained my side and was asked "So, do you want your money back?" I reiterated it was my son's birthday cake and I still needed it. Magically my ticket was found and luckily I ordered a day early, so they said it could be ready the next day. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru for the second time, I was unceremoniously handed my cake with not so much as a "sorry for the mix up." I wasn't looking for a discount or a freebie, just a simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I completed the survey on the receipt and was told a manager from that location would reach out to me regarding my negative experience. Guess who never reached out? It seems customer service is not a priority for this location, so don't expect much if you go here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
