I got the cup of cookie monster and the ice cream was not firm, it was so soft the scoop sank in it. Husband got a shake and it was not like a shake should be and he said it tasted like water was use to dilute it, the women's bathroom smelled like someone threw up every where, the toilets were nasty no toilet paper , no seat covers, toilets had god knows what on the seats. Completely nasty will not go back. The employees were very nice.

We notified the employee and she just flicked the roaches off then proceeded making our ice cream/shakes. She never cleaned the equipment, changed gloves or washed hands. We just walked out and went to DQ. To see German roaches like that the place has to be infested.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
