ABSOLUTELY NO LONGANIZA though, and NO SALVADORIAN CHORIZO either. Longaniza is meatier, used to make queso fundio. Salvadorian chorizo is linked together, forming sort of like a long chain. A little meatier than regular chrizo, great on the grill.

The employees are always super nice & helpful. My only complaint is they don't have any paper bags... an employee told me they are the icky United in Lubbock that doesn't carry paper bags... Why? hmm 🤔 And imo their produce & meat market are cheaper than any of the Market Streets. Highly recommend!
