  Just wondering if this has happened to someone else? If not beware of 7brew coffee employee's. Here in Lubbock, Texas on the 7-11-2026. I went to 7brew to purchase 2 coffees and receive my two free tee shirts. Location was south Indiana and 1585. Somehow while paying for 2 coffees and picking out two shirts the employee swiped my card again for a purchase of $55.03. The 2 coffees I did purchase show up but no reward for $55.03. Thought this was a Christian based company. Just beware when you hand your card off for them to run it cause they can easily do this to someone and they won't take fault. And leave you screwed. Definitely will think twice about visiting this company again.

  I love 7 Brews but lately this location takes forever. I waited 10-15 minutes for 1 drink a few minutes ago. This is the longest I have ever waited for a drink from any coffee place. I have noticed this 7 brews is slower in service than the other locations which could be because it’s a new location however I can’t continue to wait that long

  I was really excited when this 7 Brew opened since I live nearby, so I was looking forward to having one so close to home. Unfortunately, I’ve been pretty disappointed with the service. I’ve always had great experiences at other 7 Brew locations, but this one has been different. On my most recent visit, I ordered a medium iced coffee. When I pulled up to the window, I watched one of the employees pour my drink into the floor drain. I was confused, so I asked what happened. She told me they had run out of medium cups and needed to put it in a large cup. What I don’t understand is why the drink was poured into a floor drain instead of simply giving me the larger cup at no extra charge. Watching a freshly made drink get dumped into a floor drain right in front of a customer felt unprofessional and honestly a little unsanitary. It left a bad impression. I really wanted this location to become my go-to since it’s so convenient, but based on my experiences so far, I hope management takes the time to improve customer service and how situations like this are handled. :::writing This version comes across as credible and professional while clearly explaining why the experience was disappointing.

  Amazing!! I didnt get the two girls names that helped me, but they were both so sweet!! Easy conversations, gave me an amazing drink recommendation as well! Thank you so much!!

  First time trying 7 Brew, and I went with the Sugar-Free Iced Blondie. It definitely did not disappoint, absolutely delicious! ☕️🤍 I think I just found my new favorite.
