All staff was friendly and all smiles from the time I pulled in until I got my drink! The girl at the register, made conversation with me while I was waiting for my drink to be made, asked about my work, if I enjoyed the weather we have been getting. Made the experience better.

Went in and ordered the caramel apple chai and it came out inconsistent and incorrect. Sent it back in three times and it came back incorrect, three times. Asked for the manager and she whined "whyyy" when the girl said we needed to speak to her. She was absolutely no help and unapologetic about the mismade drink. Offered to fix it but we left out of frustration over her nonchalant attitude.

I absolutely love their coffee and drinks. So many flavors to choose from! I like how they offer all the flavors in sugar-free. Prices are great and friendly service.

Out of all of the stands I have been to this one has been very rude. This is the 4th time I’ve had issues. One of the girls walked passed my car as I was rolling down my window looking directly at her then proceeds to go talk to a lady in her car with another staff present who was there before her. After about 5 minutes she then comes back as I was trying to tell her how unprofessional it was what she did she speaks over me and completely ignores what I was saying. After mentioning how rude it was to the girl who was handing me my coffee she gives me the wrong order takes the drink back then after repeating what I had she brings me the wrong item. This stand really needs to follow their slogan!! No cultivating kindness there at all. Highly disappointed!

Just wondering if this has happened to someone else? If not beware of 7brew coffee employee's. Here in Lubbock, Texas on the 7-11-2026. I went to 7brew to purchase 2 coffees and receive my two free tee shirts. Location was south Indiana and 1585. Somehow while paying for 2 coffees and picking out two shirts the employee swiped my card again for a purchase of $55.03. The 2 coffees I did purchase show up but no reward for $55.03. Thought this was a Christian based company. Just beware when you hand your card off for them to run it cause they can easily do this to someone and they won't take fault. And leave you screwed. Definitely will think twice about visiting this company again.
