  The only thing I don't like about 7 Brew is sometimes there is a long wait. Oh well thats what happens when you want the Best.....

  Come here all the time, the last couple of times at this location have not been ideal. I remember when I started going to 7Brew in Amarillo and everyone was so friendly! This is not the case at this store. For example today I order my normal 7energy with pineapple and coconut. I have ordered it before, today it is clearly sugar free. I can’t consumed artificial sweeteners. It tastes like garbage, I tried to tell the girls at the window that it isn’t right. One girl emerged and says what’s the problem?! I tell her… she gets offended and says well I know it’s right because I made it myself. Well myself it wasn’t right to begin with because she didn’t even add the cream that I ordered. So I paid for a terrible drink and there was no fixing it. I understand 7brew is known to have music playing but when it’s so loud that NOBODY can communicate without yelling is absurd to me! Maybe it’s because it is being ran by college students idk but I know I have invested my money into 7brew… but in order for me to get decent service I shouldn’t have to drive 20 plus miles across Lubbock to get decent service and my drinks made correctly.

  Brooklyn Taylor was absolutely the best, we had questions about a gift card and she was so attentive and helpful. I always see her working with a smile on her face and customer service like that is basically what keeps me coming back!

  University location ignores customers in the second lane like as if it doesn’t exist. This is my 2nd time to this location & the 2nd time they have ignored me in the drive thru while taking customers in the 1st lane. 0 out of 5. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
