  Santiago manager is the worst. Can not manage his employees and doesn’t know what the hell is going on. I had bad experience before but I want to give them an opportunity but once again they are a big disappointment. Employees need to be train better and manger should hear their customers and reimburse them for their mistakes. He calls himself a manger but what kind of manager is he? Do better Los Fresnos Walmart.

  Just order two of the arch burgers one of the patties was raw after eating a quarter of it I noticed it was raw went back they made me another one but cook must have been mad he put way too much arch sauces and it tasted like shit now I got the shits and my stomach is killing me and I feel nausea and sweating what the hell never going back there again yall left a sour taste in my mouth getting sick after eating undercooked meat sucks the worst part is you made me wait for my undercooked food

  This McDonald’s in Los Fresnos, exemplifies great service, hot & fresh food, cleanliness & their sodas taste very clean due to cleaning their soda fountain often. Anytime our family goes to the island we make a point to stop here & we are never disappointed with the quality of food & service. Thank you to all the staff at Los Fresnos McDonald’s.
