  Very different DQ than others I've visited in past throughout Texas. I felt, and my blizzard obviously depicted a much smaller amount of product than others I've had in past. I was confused about that rationale. The service was mediocre. We were greeted as we approached the counter but could sense a different ambiance as our order was being placed. Which is fine bc I understand we're not always at our 💯 percent best at all times which is part of the reason we decided to cut our order short and not stay and dine in. The other reason being the restaurant felt hot and muggy and it was very dark in the dining area. The shades were all down and people were dining in darkness. It was bizarre. Decided it was best to leave.

  Incompetence at its finest. I placed an order to avoid wait time, upon arrival they were not busy . They gave me my bag , I waited then drove off. When I get home im missing items from my order. I called back and the manager said it was my fault for driving away. Sadly this DQ is not what it used to be. Be sure to check your orders because they do not seem qualified to count and check orders.

  Came by today, Sunday afternoon and all of the staff members were extra friendly. My blizzard was yummy. The bathrooms were clean!

  Came to get an ice cream treat with my family after a day at the beach. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. The staff was friendly and made the experience better. Our ice cream was great.
