Great service is what makes you want to come back. John made our first experience with our kids one we’ll actually remember. They were the only two employees working on a Friday night, yet they were somehow managing the front counter, the kitchen, and the drive-thru all at the same time. Even though they appeared to be severely understaffed, they never lost their positive attitudes. Both Nicole and John were kind, patient, friendly, and upbeat with every customer. While I was waiting in line, Nicole handled a very disgruntled customer who had placed an order for ten people. She remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout the entire interaction, which was truly impressive to witness. It’s not often you see employees maintain such grace and professionalism under that kind of pressure.My hat is off to both Nicole and John for their hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service. They are a tremendous asset to your team, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Also the food was delicious as always.

First time here, never had heard of it so why not? Walked in where we were greeted with a smile by Nicole. She happily answered all of our questions and did not hesitate to help us out. We ordered and within about 5 minutes, about 30 people came in and ordered, so Nicole jumped back and forth between taking orders and helping John prepare the meals. We got our food and the chicken was outstanding. Crispy, juicy, and had great flavor! The sweet tea was very good as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this Bojangles. If you are lucky enough to catch Nicole and John working they will treat you the best!
