Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Wow what a horrible experience. Drive through took way to long over 20 minutes easy had place order worh 2 different people I saw 4 cars behind me just leave with our ordering due to inefficiency and lack of staff being able to do a job. Was 2 cars in front of me and still over 20 to get a burger

    Love this area for whataburger. I always drive to this one in longview instead of the one closest to my home. Workers are nice, even though I was a curbside order I had a lady walk all the way outside to hand me my drink first while waiting for my food when I was super thirsty, so you could tell I was grateful for it enough to leave a review. Thank you.

    This used to be such a great place to eat! Employees were super friendly and seemed to care about their customers. The last couple times I went I waited forever in line. Not the ordinary cook to order Whataburger wait time but a extremely unreasonable amount of time for just 2 cars ahead of me. What used to be one my favorite stops for a fountain drink served me a Coke that tasted like pure syrup. The last time I dined in I was met at the counter about 10 minutes after standing there by a younger girl that looked at me as if I interrupted her favorite show or something, wasnt friendly at all and her friend soon joined her to stand behind the counter and whisper this and that. I asked if they still mixed a certain flavor shake and she quickly shut me down with "no, vanilla and strawberry only, we aint never had that flavor here". After sitting at a table and waiting about 10 mins I got up to ask about my cups for my drinks. I had to remind her what my order was to get those. I was the only one in the lobby at the counter so I dont see how this could of been hard to recall. Nonetheless I soon got my order and left. The food was decent but not like how Whataburger used to be. And when I was asked what kind of ketchup Id like and told her 2 of each she kinda rolled her eyes and let me know those extra 2 were gonna cost me. When I was younger all us kids would get excited about dinner at Whataburger because it was like no other. However this time around it was nothing more than a average hamburger. Would love to see some employees with good customer service skills and one of those cooks that are proud of their food and enjoy their job!

    Absolute insanity that we had to wait over 10 minutes in a drive through to get breakfast when there was no one else in front of us. Avoid this place unless you have a lot of time to kill... And they still messed up our order!
