Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I didn’t receive my receipt nor the fresh hashbrowns I asked for. I understand people have personal issues but to bring to work and take out on the customers who makes your checks is ridiculous! Whataburger is too expensive to receive cold food and unpleasant experiences. Something told me to not to come to this particular whataburger on Eastman Rd.. They always seem to be in a terrible mood.… Cooperate needs to do the secret customers again at these establishments to see how their businesses are being ran…

- LRLonestar RangerApr 17, 20261.0I hate to be that guy buuut, went thru the drive-thru and watched the WB employee give the wrong food to the vehicle in front of me. Employee went in, realized her mistake, and ran back outside and swapped bags. She carried the bag back in and I didn't think much about it. Then I was handed my order thru the window. I left the restaurant without looking inside my bag since I was very busy. YEP, burger was unwrapped, onion ring box 3/4 full, no ranch I requested. I don't know about you but I don't like food a stranger has PICKED THRU! Calles customer service and was told by a woman with a strong foreign accent (you what one I'm talking about=OUTSOURCED customer service) I was S.O.L. since it wasn't ordered thru the damn app and she offered me a phone # to possibly rectify the situation myself. I could Google that. I quit going to WB after my last experience 2-3 months ago but again, I was in a hurry. Food went in the trash just like WB has apparently. Must not be training employees anymore idk. I hate being a "Karen" but if you're reading this, I would suggest spending your hard earned $ somewhere else. The "Texas staple" has come loose. Try Braum's maybe. Always good there.
