  3 BOBs were ordered and all 3 were highly salted although when ordered, they were asked not to add salt to anything on the order. The fries were not salted as requested. I called and asked to speak with the manager. Her name was Teresa, and to say that she was rude and dismissive is an understatement. She stated that when ordered, no salt was requested. Just because the order taker didn't put it on the ticket, doesn't mean that it wasn't requested. She also stated that no one else complained about the BOBs this morning. Again, just because no one complained, doesn't mean that they weren't salty. Her attitude spoke volumes. I asked if she was going to make it right because I couldn't eat the BOB because it was too salty, she raised her voice and stated, "YES, IF YOU BRING IT BACK UP HERE". Managers like her are the exact reason why the team members under her are just as rude. Why is the egg on a BOB salted anyway? What if people aren't aware that they salt it and they have high blood pressure. This is not my first time receiving an overly salted BOB or burger, so that it why no salt was requested. I tried to give them another chance, but I was disappointed yet again with the food as well as the poor customer service. If I could hsve give the establishment 0 stars, I would have. Needless to say, that was my last time visiting this Whataburger. Do better!

  Food was fresh and good, thanks for the food to go, but I ordered later the jalapeno chicken biscuit, and in return I received the regular chicken biscuit, late night staffing is understaffed and learning, but it is getting better at correcting the order.

  This whataburger is the absolute worst whataburger. It’s a shame that this place is called whataburger it ruins the name. Every single time I go they either forget to add something to my meal or decide the throw 75 random things I didn’t order on there.

  Waited 40 minutes after being asked to pull forward in the drive-thru, despite the restaurant not being very busy. During that time, I checked in multiple times and was never given an explanation or even an estimated wait time. When I finally received my order, I was missing an item. After waiting another 10 minutes with no update, I asked about it and was met with a dismissive attitude. The employee later used foul language when I asked why the missing item was taking so long. What disappointed me most wasn't the wait itself—it was the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior. This was one of the worst Whataburger experiences I've had, and unfortunately it's not the first poor experience I've encountered with the brand. I hope management takes a serious look at the customer service culture at this location.
