  Remember When Whataburger was AWESOME! That was what we experienced here that old friendly experience, with the Great Burger 🍔 😋, Clean dining room, Brianna was Amazing. I told the manager how good the food was she directly told the kitchen staff and it was a wonderful experience. What ever their doing at the Restaurant Whataburger needs to get them to show the other restaurants in their chain.

  I don't know what they have been doing over at this one to get these kids to work but they sure are putting the petal to the metal today. My food was hot by the time I got home still I only had to wait for about maybe 5 minutes in line. But its been a marked improvement

  En tres ocasiones en distintas sucursales de Texas, he notado que la carne no sabe fresca y parece ya cocinada de antes. Se siente seca y de poca calidad, lejos de lo que uno espera de una hamburguesa hecha al momento. Aunque el personal fue amable y el lugar estaba limpio y no muy lleno, lo que realmente importa, que es la comida, no cumplió con la frescura ni la calidad esperadas. Eso es lo que me gustaría señalar. On three different occasions at different locations in Texas, I noticed that the meat didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had already been cooked. It feels dry and low quality, far from the freshly made burger you'd expect. Although the staff were friendly and the place was clean and not too busy, what really matters, the food, didn't meet expectations in freshness or quality. That's what I'd like to point out.

  Like any whataburger, the food is great but the drive thru is ridiculous. Place an order, wait 5 to 10 minutes just to get to the window to pay and get your drink. Then they are going to ask you to pull forward to get your food delivered. All I ordered was a bacon burger, 2 others in front of me in-line, no customers inside, and it took them 20 minutes. No one was getting food from the window. Everyone was having to pull forward. It makes no sense. 20 minute wait for just a burger, not busy, and plenty of staff? Make it make sense!

  My heart hurts that I had such an experience that I am writing this (I run global support teams so this is not taken lightly) 3 cars ahead and it took 27 minutes to get a cheeseburger jr and side of small fries. I actually apologized I felt so bad when I finally got to the window I was direct and said omg this is the longest drive through ever “has my food been sitting there and now cold” and the staff member said “no it’s fresh” (was NOT lol) and then also proceeded to fuel btw no negativity on my part condescending “I know we suck” “it was so long it’s terrible” which I NEVER used those words. Honestly, I don’t know the ins and outs, this is either a really poor leader problem or maybe this location just needs to be shut down. We as customers don’t have all the information but your staff clearly is not happy.
