  Went to this location and used the app and the app, it wouldn’t let me customize my burger the way I wanted, so right after I pressed the button to ask it if they could customize it since I literally just made the order and pressed the button. And I was told they “already had it made” and then I had to wait 6-7 minutes jut for one burger that was apparently already made. Can honestly say I won’t be returning back to sonic and will take my business elsewhere.

  It's sad on the receipt says add barbecue sauce so to go with my chicken but yet I get no barbecue sauce should I get dried chicken with no sauce guess y'all need to read the receipts

  Davionne (one arm) is very disrespectful asked for a cup and she rolled her eyes and checked her phone in my face then walked back in I continued to wait for 10 minutes for a CUP
