  This is my neighborhood sonic and usually it has pretty good Customer service. but on my recent visit the customer service was so bad. The women working that night told us the ice cream machine was down as we began to respond she cut off the speaker. Worse sonic experience ever

  I would give a negative 5 review if I could the customer service I experienced this afternoon was unreal. I went to get my usual cherry limeade pukked to drive thru and lady says I'll be with you in one moment. Only one truck at window no other customer at all. I waited 8 mins the truck pulled off waited another 2 then went to the windows. Upon going to the window I see a young lady looking at me in a sonic uniform on her phone on the picnic table. I say hey are you guys open, she says yessssssssss and walks inside and to the window. I then say I been at the speaker for 10 mins , she says im the only one here your being rude you can leave and closes the window. Honestly idc if she was the only one there that has nothing to do with me! I can understand frustration especially if she was busy but there wasn't a soul there and she was just sitting on her phone with a customer st the window. Do better sonic im a regular customer and wouldn't step foot back at that store. That was literally ridiculous!

  The manager on duty this morning was absolutely rude hiding behind a smile and micro-aggressive ways she was talking to me. I am actually appalled by this. Saying the correct things while bobbing her head with a devious smile. I plan to reach out to the main manager.

  They made me my burguer wrong and when I told them a skinny black kid was so rude reising his voice telling me only tell me what you want and when I start explaining him he ask me what I want and at that moment I give him back my burger and ask him to put it in the trash They not only make mistakes in the order that they forget some stuff too The first guy that take my order was very nice but the skinny black guy not have education either respect for the customers
