  I visited this store on 9/23/2026 and received terrible service. After waiting more than 20 minutes, a rude employee came to my vehicle with my shake which was essentially a cup of milk. When I said I did not want it, she told me that was all they could provide and that she could not issue a refund. I replied that if I was paying for it, she should hand it to me. She then threw a bag of frozen popcorn chicken into my vehicle and tossed the straw onto the ground. I contacted Sky Otiso, an Operations Partner, who gave me the corporate phone number. A customer service representative told me I would receive a refund and a follow-up call within 24 hours. When neither happened, I contacted Sky again today and was told to reach out to the original Sonic location. Do not go to Sonic if you value your time, money, or quality food. The staff act as though customers are an inconvenience, and management appears no better.

  2nd time at this location and service is the worst in town. I order 10+ mins away and checked in to wait for 10 mins after you said you'd bring my food out. I would have requested a refund. Sad! This location needs work.

  It took them nearly 7 minutes to get my drink to me online order and I was literally the only car there for th first 4 minutes I asked for light ice and got a ton of ice more ice than drink for sure! I have had an issue everytime I go to this sonic! But the 7 minutes while I was the only one there for literally a drink is not okay! Also read the ticket and make it how the customer asked… if they ask for light ice they want light ice don’t make it an option on your app if you’re not going to actually do it!

  The switch to crinkle cut fries was a huge mistake, the burgers are worse than they've ever been, sonic making these cost cuts is ruining the food quality, I can't even handle the taste (or lack thereof) anymore. Sonic maybas well just go out of business if this is the lack of quality they want to put out.
