  Ordered through the app, marked that I wanted a drink carrier, employee brought my order out without the carrier, I also modified my shake to have no cherry on it, not only was it made with the cherry, they clearly put their hands in and pulled it out, leaving obvious cherry juice on the whipped cream, its a good thing I'm not allergic to cherries, instead of remaking like they should have, I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. The employee was not friendly, seemed annoyed that I asked for a drink carrier in person since she didn't bring one out like was requested in my actual order. Very disappointed that the employees can't follow dead simple instructions.

  Car hop was rude. She felt inconvenience by me asking for a drink carrier. She just assume I never showed up on this plane of the Earth then be at the store

  I lost my uncle recently and he was the first person to take me to Sonic. The day after he passed I came through and got the Jalapeño Smash Burger. It was fresh & delicious and I know Uncle Bud was smiling and maybe even a little jealous up there.

  The manager there is rude and hung up and when we called back she had her rude employee yell at us so I would never recommend theses rude people
