  Couple yrs ago this was our stop...mgmt changed over and now it jus plain garbage!. Forgot name of the previous mgrs but we'll never stop thru this location again!.

  Placed a mobile order for pickup and went through the drive through and sat for 5 minutes with no answer, pulled into stall and checked in on the app and waited for 15 minutes with no one bringing out the order, went inside and order had been setting on the counter with no one even checking the mobile order screen for updates and food was cold.

  Slow slow slow. And the manager didn’t want to help speed things up. She asked what I was looking for while in the drive throu. I said my food. She said “they’re cooking it” then left. Just unpleasant and slow. Took 19 minutes for a burrito
