  We are currently here and ordered drinks in the app… over 10 minutes ago. I would understand if we had ordered food and it was made fresh to order. But 2 easy drinks and going on 15 minutes of waiting is ridiculous. The people always make the screen say “your order is on the way” and we end up waiting another 10-5 minutes after that screen pops up. I miss the service when the manager was Mr. French. I rarely come here anymore and remember why.

  Put in an online order and in my order I ordered a medium tater tot with extra cheese extra chili extra onions. The first problem with that was that they put it in the bag standing up so everything shifted to one end of the container instead of laying it flat. My biggest issue is that I paid over $7 for this one item and it was not $7 worth. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:37 I checked in at 1:37 and waited a little bit and noticed at 1:46 I still did not have my order. So I contacted them again and they brought my order out. I am a firm believer in getting what I pay for I work hard for my money We all do. And if I am paying over $7 for a medium tater tot I want what I paid for on it properly.
