He was so nice and we bonded instantly over our love for the cookies. It’s rare to have such a pleasant interaction that makes you leave in a better mood than when you walked in. Panera is lucky to have somebody like him on their team.. kudos to Giovanni

They also have good deals in the app - especially if you're a sip club member. I love relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere with a cup of herbal tea in a perfect blend of "cafe" and fast/casual dining. I have been pleased by every menu offering I have tried.
