  Took my wife here on 5-16-26 and arrived at 4:15pm. It was our 10 year anniversary. First of all the greeter asked if we wanted a booth and we said yes. Now we are a couple chubby old people and she put us in a 2 person both. Imagine in your mind 2 hippopotamus stuck in a mammogram machine, this isn't going to work blondie. So we asked for a bigger booth or a table. Another older heavy set couple came in after us and the gentlemen had a prophetic leg and blondie put them in one of those mammogram booths and they asked to be reseated to a bigger booth. Those small booths are for skinny people ordering appetizer & drinks only. You are not going to get a full meal (drinks, appetizer, bread, salad plates & dinner plates on that small table and be comfortable. Now that we got that situation resolved we ordered a appetizer, Blooming Onion. When they brought that out they didn't give us any small plates to eat it on and it was hot and actually could barely hold on to it. Imagine again what kind of mess this is going to be. When I waved the waitress over about getting small plates she got us some but said they stopped giving out plates unless you ask for them. The side salads were great, steaks looked good but were way over seasoned with salt & pepper. Sweet potatoes were good but extremely small. Other people started coming in about that time for the dinner rush. People around us that ordered bake potatoes (regular or sweet) were told it would be at least 30 to 40 minutes before they would have more ready. Sounds like cooking QC management is slacking. We asked for desert to go, (Three Layer Carrot Cake & NY Style Cheese Cake). They didn't charge us for the cheese cake because it was our anniversary. So there was a little good from the experience. Overall not bad but could be better.!!!!

  The salmon and broccoli were spot on, but the salad was terrible. Usually it's very fresh, green and appealing, however this time it was mostly the bottom hard core part of the lettuce, and kind of brown. If not for that, I would have given it a 5 star. My waiter and support staff were amazing 👏

  Went on Mothers Day. We did not get bread for 30 minutes. My silverware was dirty. The service was terrible. It was total chaos. Will not be returning.

  Ewan was our server, and he was phenomenal! It would do the restaurant good to have more people like him, I used to come to the restaurant for Chelsea, and now I’ll start coming for them both! Don’t let that one go :)

  RANT!!!! I just want to brag on the Manager Jessie at Outback in Longview Tx! So my go to order is the WINGS!!! MILD NO BREADING! However they were OUT to my dismay! 😪 I LOVE THE WINGS! The manager Jessie came out to talk to me because I ordered online and she wanted to apologize for being out of wings! She was very polite and sympathetic. I RAVED about the wings and how I was not upset the were out because the wings are top tier and too my surprise Miss Jessie credited me an order of wings on her on my next visit! I was thankful because I was not expecting that. That just shows she CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! PLEASE GO TO OUTBACK IN LONGVIEW TX TRY THE WINGS and if you need anything ask for JESSIE and if she's not there WAIT TIL SHE IS! Shout out to JESSIE! 😘
