  I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni and stuffed cheese bread @ 7:02 pm. The receipt says it would be ready by 7:14 plus I paid a 4.99 delivery fee. The driver allegedly left Dominos at 7:29. I waited and waited and waited, still no food. I got in my car because that location was only 2.4 miles away. When I got there, I explained that I ordered a pizza over an hour ago. He checked the delivery bags and my pizza was still sitting there and he offered up an excuse of they was waiting for a double order to come out so all orders could go out at the same time. I ordered the pizza at 7:02 and I picked up the pizza at 8:30. He didn't offer up an apology, he never offered a fresh pizza, never offered a refund, never offered up a discount he never even offered up refunding my delivery charge. $40 worth of food and customer treated like they meant nothing. Never again will I ever order a pizza from that clown show. The only thing that guy said was its been busy. Well which one was it, you were busy or you was trying to combine orders? They intentionally did not deliver my food because I didnt leave a tip which the driver would have received a $10 tip in cash because cash tips are obviously better than a tip on your card. I would like to know why I didnt receive my delivery fee? I would like to know why its ok to treat your customers this way. Pathetic!! The owner responds with a cookie cutter response that's been sent to every person that gave a negative review. It tells me you're not willing to solve any issues and it also tells me you don't care because if you cared, your responses would be more personalized according to the issue. Still, no apology offered, no refund, didnt offer up my $4.99 I paid for Domino's not to deliver. Thats pretty sad!

  You get what you pay for I suppose. I just wish they would fully cook the food especially the wings and Brookies. I had to put in oven extra 30 min. Oh and ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE!! Also going in to pick up was severely underwhelming. Guy at counter didn’t have a clue what was going on. I spent 3 minutes trying to help him get my food to me after waiting at counter for 2 employees to finish what they were doing. I get it. It just would’ve helped if 1 could assist me then by the time he did he fumbled very badly..highly annoying and pls consider cooking food all the way. Raw chicken and dough is not safe for consumption.

  I have sat here for a while trying to type something out and God just won't let me do it so I'll just say this and be done with it. I'm never coming back to this location

  This place absolutely was garbage for years. This past 4 months we ordered 5 times and every single dang time its been absolutely amazing. Pan crust with extra cheese and whatever toppings has a cheese pull good enough that im leaving a review about it. I dont leave reviews hardly EVER. Hell yeah, good job whoever is in that kitchen because you are appreciated more than you know. If you had this last year and hated it. Try it again now.

  Pizza is as anyone could expect from Domino's, but be foreword, they ask for a tip on carryout. Tip culture is trash.
